My Offerings
Holistic Therapy
Primarily I see people for just massage therapy, but on occasion I accept folks who are seeking mental health therapy in addition to massage therapy.
I offer holistic care for clients who have received at least 3 massages from me and therefore are familiar with the biodynamic approach and are comfortable receiving massage.
Holistic Therapy is for individuals looking to engage in a regular therapeutic relationship that entails traditional therapy modalities (i.e. CBT/DBT, EMDR, IFS, etc.) and biodynamic massage. I recommend meeting weekly or every other week.
Holistic therapy is helpful for people who are processing complex emotional traumas who do not already have mental health care from another provider.
Biodynamic Massage Therapy
My main offering is biodynamic massage therapy or what I refer to as “body therapy.” Whether you are recovering from a physical ailment or injury, early life trauma, current life stressors, or just looking for . I specialize in working with people recovering from trauma - both emotional and physical - and people who are looking to repair and restore their nervous systems.
My approach works well with people who are engaged in mental health therapy and who are looking to engage in a deeper level of personal healing.
I recommend scheduling massages every 2-8 weeks in order to gain the most benefit from this bodywork.
Community Support Groups
We are in hard times and we need each other. As much as I value one-on-one support offered in therapy and massage, I believe we also are need of more opportunities to connect with one another in community.
Starting in winter/early spring of 2026, I will be offering various workshops and support groups. Topics may include themes related to grief, forgiveness, mindfulness/presence, nervous system support, and shame/guilt.
