My Offerings
Biodynamic Massage Therapy
My main offering is biodynamic massage therapy (what I refer to as “body therapy”). I specialize in working with healthcare providers as well as individuals recovering from trauma.
I prefer working with people who are actively engaged in mental health therapy or who are working closely with other healthcare providers.
I also support people who are recovering from chronic stress and are looking to repair and restore their nervous systems.
I seek clients who are interested in integrating biodynamic massage as part of their regular health practice and are interested in establishing a therapeutic relationship. I recommend scheduling massages every 1-8 weeks in order to gain the most benefit from this bodywork.
Mental Health Therapy
**Please note: I am not currently accepting clients for mental health therapy in 2026. My primary focus is providing biodynamic massage for people recovering from trauma or stress, those who suffer from chronic health issues, and healthcare professionals.
I encourage clients who are receiving biodynamic massage for emotional trauma be actively engaged in therapy in order to process content that arises in our sessions.
Please be prepared to share about your mental, emotional, and physical health during our intake session as this will guide our treatment process.
I do allot time before and after treatment sessions for a brief check-in regarding emotional content that arises in session, but encourage clients to seek outside support as needed.
Community Support Groups
We are in hard times and we need each other. As much as I value one-on-one support offered in therapy and massage, I believe we also are need of more opportunities to connect with one another in community.
Starting in Spring 2027, I will be offering various workshops and support groups. Topics may include themes related to grief, forgiveness, mindfulness/presence, nervous system support, and shame/guilt.
If you would like to be on the email list for the upcoming groups, please send me an email and let me know if you prefer 1-2 day workshops or weekly/monthly support groups.
