Holistic Therapy

Holistic Therapy is for individuals looking to engage in a regular therapeutic relationship that entails traditional therapy modalities (i.e. CBT/DBT, EMDR, IFS, etc.) and biodynamic massage. Depending on your comfortability with receiving massage, we may spend several sessions preparing for massage work. We will address matters related to draping, consent, clothing options, and boundaries extensively before getting started.

Holistic therapy is for those interested in engaging in a consistent therapeutic relationship. I recommend meeting weekly (or every other week minimum) in order to build and maintain safety, trust, and consistent care.

Biodynamic Massage Therapy

If you would like to receive the benefits of biodynamic massage but are not in need of mental health therapy at this time, or if you already have a mental health provider, I am happy to meet with you as a massage therapist. Should this be your preferred route, we will skip the longer intake process and dive into bodywork in our first session together.

I recommend scheduling a 75 or 90 minute session for the initial session to allow time for a brief intake and to discuss draping/boundary policies.

I recommend scheduling massages every 2-8 weeks in order to gain the most benefit from this bodywork.

Community Support Groups

We are in hard times and we need each other. As much as I value one-on-one support offered in therapy and massage, I believe we also are need of more opportunities to connect with one another in community.

Starting in winter/early spring of 2026, I will be offering various workshops and support groups. Topics may include themes related to grief, forgiveness, mindfulness/presence, nervous system support, and shame/guilt.
