Initial Intake Session (90minutes): $200

60 minute session: $160

*50 minute online session: $145

Massage Therapy Rates

60 minute session: $130

75 minute session: $145

90 minute session: $160

I accept cash, credit cards, checks, and HSA cards. All payments are due at time of service. Established clients can opt to have their credit card on file for easy payment.

* Online sessions are available for established clients only and are available for weeks when we are unable to meet in person due to emergencies, sickness, or schedule conflicts.

Insurance Info

I do not bill for insurance but will gladly provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider. Some people’s plans offer out of network benefits and you can submit a receipt for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider about their policies.

Superbills can be provided for holistic therapy clients as well as massage therapy clients.

Commitment

While I understand the financial strain and hardship that can come from paying for our healthcare services, I do believe that paying directly for therapy has its benefits. I find that clients and practitioners are more inclined to really show up with integrity and do not fall into the week to week pitfalls of playing “catch up.” Our sessions are intentional, intimate, and engaging.

I only accept clients who I feel could benefit from my offerings and who agree to be engaged in their healing process. I encourage clients to engage in daily/weekly practices assigned in our sessions together to aid in their healing process between our sessions.

Sliding Scale

I offer 2 reduced-rate slots for holistic therapy. These slots are for people interested in regular therapy but have financial constraints. I reserve these slots mostly for single moms, caretakers, or those committed to serving and helping others (i.e. social workers, nurses, teachers, etc.). I have 2 slots opening in January 2026. Please ask about the sliding fee rates in our consultation if you are interested.

I also provide 1 reduced-rate massage slot a week (4 slots/month). Massage clients may schedule 1 session/month at our agreed upon rate. These slots are reserved for individuals who are experiencing or recovering from illness or chronic health issues who have limited financial income.
